Some biggies checked off

Well.... today brings us to 32 days and counting.  In the last few weeks, we have checked off some big items from our "to do" list.  We now have a house to live in during language school, a vehicle for our year in Guatemala and we've figured out the language school which is the best fit for our family-- one-on-one teachers for everyone.  With the timing of other circumstances for our other team members, we'll be able to fit in 5 weeks of language school.... which will be great.  Everything seems to be falling into place.  The house & car both fell at exactly the amount we had budgeted for.  It is a relief to know that we have a place to go when we fly in on July 26th and we won't have to leave that place until we head up to the Ulpan Valley on September 1st!! 

Back in this neck-of-the-woods, I've spent my day trying to sort through children's clothes (a giant task in & of itself) trying to think through how to pack for the next year.  Thankfully, I don't have to pack too much.... just trying to make sure I pack the right sizes & type clothing-- it has made my brain hurt.  Though it may not look like it, we are making progress.  For the next few weeks, enter our basement at your own risk!
